Refund Policy

Return and refund:

If you find your product to be defective, please send an email to sales@foildecor.com and include ‘Shipping Damage’ in the subject line. Returns must be made within 30 days. Proof of purchase is required. We do not refund shipping and handling charges.  We recommend selecting a traceable shipping method.  Refund requests on purchases made via 3rd party affiliates must be directed to appropriate retailer. 

Manufacturer Limited Warranty:

Foil Decor comes with a 60-day manufacturer’s limited warranty against manufacturer defects. We inspect every product, but if we missed any manufacturers defects, please email us at sales@foildecor.com and include Manufacturer Warranty in the subject line. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper handling or accidents.
