Refund Policy

My Product Appears Damaged when Received:

If you find your product to be damaged in shipping, please send an email to returns@foildecor.com and include ‘Shipping Damage’ in the subject line. Indicate that you would like a refund or a new product shipped to you. You must return the product within 30 days of receipt of the product. See return instructions below.

Manufacturer Limited Warranty:

Foil Decor comes with a 30 manufacturer’s limited warranty against manufacturer defects. We inspect every product, but if we missed any manufacturers defects we will replace at no cost.  This warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper handling or accidents. 

Return of Product Damaged in Transit or a Manufacturers Defect:

You will not be charged for returning a damaged or defective item. If the product was damaged in shipment or you feel you have a defective product:

  1.  Please send an email to returns@foildecor.com and include ‘Shipping Damage’ or ‘Manufacturer Warranty’ in the subject line and enclose a damage statement describing the damage or defect you found. You must return the product to qualify for a refund or replacement. Indicate that you would like a refund or a new product shipped to you. Include your email in with the damage statement.
  2. Foil Decor will send you a RA Number by email to be included with the shipment. The product must be returned within 15 days of receipt of the RA Number.
  3. Once Foil Decor receives the product, RA Number and proof of purchase, Foil Decor will either refund the purchase price plus shipping cost or send a new product based on the request in your email.
